Our mission is to create a world with more peace and more hope by loving one another as Jesus loves us. More peace, more hope, more love, more Jesus - that's the difference God has called us to make in the world.

Some of the ways we make a difference

  • Donated 3,671 rolls of toilet paper to our neighbors through Crossover Downtown Outreach Ministry.

  • Partner with Crossover, South Flint Soup Kitchen and Shriner’s Hospital to collect donations and raise money for the Flint Community.

  • Host families experiencing homelessness through Family Promise of Genesee County.

  • Donated 475 pairs of shoes, 600 pairs of socks, 600 undergarments, 200 coloring books, and hundreds of hygiene items, clothing for children, blankets, backpacks, and tote bags totaling in 40 boxes weighing 1,200 pounds to Ukraine.

  • Helped to train Methodist preachers in Petit Goave, Haiti.

  • Partnered with other United Methodist congregations in responding to the Flint Water Crisis.

Our wonderful friends at Court Street United Methodist Church’s Community Ministry made bags of candy with a special Easter message for us to share with the children whose families receive a helping hand at Crossover... Thank you for showing the love of Christ, restoring hope, and rebuilding lives.
